It's been exactly one year (as of Sunday) since we brought Napoleon and Josephine home. They've grown up so much.
We found out today that surgery won't guarantee that Napoleon's leg will get any better and that the cost verses the possible benefit to Napoleon means that we probably shouldn't even bother with the operation (his elbow and shoulder bones have both grown so that his leg bows inward). He'll just get arthritis as he gets older like his mom. At least I'll know when to give him pain meds 'cause anything weather induced I'll feel as well.

A year ago I wouldn't have been able to get them to sit stay long enough for 1 photo and I got multiples of them. What a concept.
